Drum and container pumps

The FLUX drum pumps operate on the principle of the axial-impeller pumps. The pump unit consists of drive motor and pump. The motor drives the drive shaft via a coupling. At the end of the drive shaft there is a propeller-like pump impeller (rotor). The rotor must be completely covered with the medium that the pump can work. With the rotation the medium is axially transferred to the outlet, i.e. parallel to the pump shaft.

With mechanical seal:

JUNIORFLUX F 310 - For smaller quantities

With the JUNIORFLUX F 310 the mechanical seal seals the inner tube to the medium. This way it prevents that the medium gets into the inner tube. The shaft is only in the rotor area in contact with the medium.

F/FP 425 - For 99,98 % drum emptying

At the F/FP 425 the backflow stop on the pump base is closed by twisting the adjusting lever - even while the motor is running. Thus the medium remains in the pump and does not flow back into the container. F425_Rücklaufsperre offenF425_Rücklaufsperre geschlossen

F 426 - For Mixing and/or pumping

With the mixing pump F 426 the mixing openings can be opened or closed by turning the two adjusting levers. This way the mixing resp. the mixing/pumping process can be changed into a pumping process, even if the motor is running.

F/FP 430 - With mechanical seal

With the F/FP 430 the mechanical seal seals the inner tube to the medium. This way it prevents that the medium gets into the inner tube. The shaft is only in the rotor area in contact with the medium. F/FP430

F 430 PP 100/50 - Special container pump for higher delivery heads

The F 430 PP 100/50 works on the principle of a classical centrifugal immersion pump. Through the opening of the pump housing the medium penetrates and is conveyed by the rotation of the impeller to the pressure joint of the pump. F 430_100/50

F 430 TR - For dry installation/horizontal use

With the F 430 TR the mechanical seal seals the inner tube towards the medium. This prevents the medium from getting into the inner tube. The shaft only comes into contact with the medium in the impeller area.

 

MINIFLUX - For horizontal use

The MINIFLUX works on the principle of a classical centrifugal pump. Its mechanical seal and a radial shaft seal seal the medium area to the drive of the pump. Thus the shaft comes into contact with the medium only in the impeller area.

Sealless in the medium arae:

JUNIORFLUX F314 & COMBIFLUX FP 314 - For smaller quantities

With the sealless drum pumps JUNIORFLUX F 314 and COMBIFLUX FP 314 the medium is transferred from the rotor along the shaft in the inner tube to the outlet. In the inner tube the medium has the same level as in the container. When emptying it flows off via the relief openings.

F/FP 424 - Sealless in the medium area

With the sealless drum pumps F/FP 424 the medium gets into the inner tube along the shaft. There it has the same level as in the drum. When emptying the drum the medium level in the drum decreases. Accordingly the medium in the inner tube also decreases. The fluid therein flows off through the relief openings. F424

With the sealless drum pumps F/FP 427 the medium gets into the inner tube along the shaft. There it has the same level as in the drum. When emptying the drum the medium level in the drum decreases. Accordingly the medium in the inner tube also decreases. The fluid therein flows off through the relief openings.
